Meet the team
Sinéad
Yoga | Holistic Life COach
Movement has always been my sanctuary. Growing up, Irish dancing gave me rhythm, strength and freedom, a way to channel energy and find order in a world that often felt overwhelming.
Reconnecting with dance later in life felt like returning home, and when combined with yoga philosophy, it opened a powerful pathway for expression, awareness and healing.
Today, I teach movement as a tool for nervous system regulation, creativity and self-trust.
Yoga styles I teach:
Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Mindfulness & Meditation
Approach: Nervous system–aware, neurodivergent-friendly, compassionate and empowering
I believe transformation begins the moment you choose to move, inside and out.
Lizzie
Dance | YOGA BARRE
Hi I’m Lizzie. I’m an experienced former professional dancer, with a career spanning the UK, Paris, and international cruise ships.
My background is across diverse performance settings which have deeply shaped my understanding of movement as both an art form and a means of connection.
Now working as a teacher of yoga, dance, and holistic movement practices, I am passionate about helping others move with confidence, freedom, and joy.
I am excited to be joining Luna Movements, where I look forward to sharing my love of dance and all things movement, and inspiring others to explore their bodies in creative and empowering ways.
Classes I teach:
Vinyasa, Yoga Barre, Musical Theatre Dance, Lyrical.
Amrita
Nutrition | YOGA
I’m a scientist with expertise in gut health, combining evidence-based knowledge with practical, sustainable tools to support overall wellbeing.
My approach translates science into realistic, everyday guidance that feels accessible and manageable.
Gut health extends far beyond digestion – it influences our energy, mood, immunity, and how we experience our bodies each day.
At Lunà Movements, I’ll be leading gut health workshops that blend clear, science-led education with practical tools you can begin using straight away.
Together, we’ll explore simple daily habits, supportive recipe hacks, and how to recognise what truly works for your individual body – moving away from one-size-fits-all advice and towards a more confident, personalised approach.
As a yoga teacher, I also weave in gentle yet powerful movement techniques that stimulate digestion, reduce bloating, and calm the nervous system – because true gut health isn’t just about food, it’s influenced by how we move, manage stress, and care for ourselves as a whole.
Simran
YOGA
Simran’s journey with yoga began alongside a busy 9-5 lifestyle, where movement became a way to find balance, grounding, and space to breathe. Through her own experiences of navigating change and emotional challenges, she understands how powerful gentle, consistent movement can be, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Yoga became her anchor, helping her reconnect with herself, build inner strength, and move through life with more awareness and compassion. This lived experience shapes the way she teaches with patience, warmth, and an understanding that everyone arrives on the mat carrying their own story.
Outside of teaching, Simran enjoys strength training, mindful movement, and creating wellness-focused content. She believes yoga should feel accessible, supportive, and realistic for everyday life and her classes reflect that belief.
Jasmin
YIN YOGA
Jasmin has a deep love for yin yoga and the sense of stillness, balance, and restoration it brings. Her teaching invites space to slow down, reconnect, and return to stillness amidst the pace of everyday life, encouraging moments of pause, presence, and connection both on and off the mat.
Beyond yoga, Jasmin channels her creativity through art and illustration, seeing the creative process as another form of mindfulness and self-expression. She finds inspiration in nature, often spending time with her two dogs or by the ocean, where cold water swims offer a sense of clarity, grounding, and renewal.
For Jasmin, yoga, creativity, and nature are deeply connected practices that nurture calm, balance, and a more mindful way of living.
Max
Dance | THEATRE
Hi there, I’m Max, Performers College Graduate.
I studied Musical Theatre and have training in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and commercial.
When I dance I feel invincible and alive. Movement allows me to release emotions I didn’t even realise I was holding.
Contemporary is a style of dance I hold close to my heart as it’s a reminder of why dance matters so much.
Dance is more than just precision.
I want to create a safe space where you can learn, grow, and move freely without fear of judgement. I care deeply about creativity and about giving you the freedom to explore within an uplifting and supportive environment.
We are all artists when we come into the space, so let’s create together!
